It is with great pride that KPMG in Vietnam had the opportunity last week to spearhead and launch the very first Vietnam Corporate Pride Network (VCPN); in close collaboration with ICS Center, the Consulate Generals of Australia, UK and US, and the Australia-Vietnam Young Leadership Dialogue. The aim of the network is to share and leverage best practices, as well as organize various programs, events and seminars to promote LGBTI+ inclusion, diversity and to drive impactful societal and workplace cultural change.
KPMG places strong emphasis on our inclusion agenda and believes in the philosophy that a truly inclusive culture helps to foster creativity, innovation, is good for our business, and most importantly allows all of our employees to bring their whole self to work – each and every day. The launch of the VCPN continues to demonstrate our commitment to provide an environment that enables everyone, regardless of gender, ethnicity, age, disability, religion, socio-economic background, or sexual orientation, to reach their full potential by being valued for being themselves.
We look forward to sharing further news and updates as the VCPN continues to evolve and grow.
