A Network Built on the Business Case for Inclusion
The Vietnam Corporate Pride Network (VCPN) was founded in January 2021 as a collaboration between KPMG Vietnam and the ICS Center, backed by the Consulates-General of Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Our mission is straightforward: to unite corporate organizations around the goal of creating workplaces where LGBTQ+ people can be themselves and are genuinely valued. We bring together leaders, convene conversations, and create the conditions for real change.
Diversity, Inclusion and Equity are very important to people who come and work at KPMG, so they know they can be themselves. These factors are absolutely critical to our success at KPMG.
What We Do
VCPN creates the conditions for corporate inclusion through four interconnected programs designed for organizations that are ready to lead.
Advocate
Amplifying the business case for LGBTQ+ inclusion in Vietnam by bridging corporate voices with community perspectives, international best practices, and meaningful policy conversations.
Convene
Our flagship annual Pride Summit brings member organizations together to share DEI best practices, tackle shared challenges, and drive the inclusion agenda forward in an inspiring environment.
Celebrate
Championing diversity through active support of VietPride and community initiatives. Our annual Pride Summit serves as a flagship platform, giving corporate allies a visible and meaningful space to celebrate together during Pride season.
Resource
Equipping member organizations with localized research, actionable toolkits, and frameworks to build truly equitable workplaces - driving everything from inclusive hiring practices to comprehensive cultural transformation.

2023 | Breaking Barriers: From Awareness to Action
Date: September 30, 2023
Marking a significant milestone, the "Breaking Barriers: From Awareness to Action" seminar served as the first stop on "The Journey of Pride" in 2023. Moderated by Hao Tran (CEO of Vietcetera) and featuring a special appearance by Lord Nick Herbert (the UK Prime Minister’s Special Envoy on LGBT Rights), the event opened up a multidimensional dialogue for corporate leaders. Going beyond simply raising awareness, the seminar delivered a strong call to action to dismantle prejudices and cultivate a genuine culture of Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (IDE) within Vietnamese workplaces.
2024 | Pride Summit 2024: Meet the IDE Champions

Continuing the journey of driving meaningful change, Pride Summit 2024 centered around the theme: "Meet the IDE Champions." This event provided a dedicated space to honor and connect the "champions" - corporate leaders who are persistently championing inclusion, diversity, and equity across Vietnam's business community. The summit offered a powerful networking platform where corporate voices could share best practices for building safe work environments where every individual is empowered to bring their authentic self to work.
2025 | Pride Summit 2025: Swipe Right – An Evening to Connect and Celebrate
Date: June 12, 2025
Returning with fresh energy and the "Swipe Right" message, Pride Summit 2025 reaffirmed a deep commitment to advancing equity and inclusion across the corporate landscape. The event brought together senior executives and changemakers to explore how to deeply integrate inclusive values into core business strategies. At this summit, inclusion was highlighted not merely as a workplace trend, but as a core competitive advantage. It was a vibrant evening dedicated to networking, celebrating, and gaining actionable insights from leading IDE Champions.
