Internship Opportunity – Vietnam Corporate Pride Network (VCPN) Coordinator 2026

KPMG is seeking a motivated and passionate Intern to support the Vietnam Corporate Pride Network (VCPN) and coordinate our Annual Pride Events scheduled for early July 2026.
This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management, community engagement, partnerships, and communications, while contributing to initiatives that promote LGBTQ+ inclusion and diversity in the workplace in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and coordination of VCPN’s annual Pride events and related activities
- Assist with partner and stakeholder outreach (corporate partners, community organizations, speakers)
- Help coordinate event logistics, timelines, and documentation
- Support communications and promotional activities (social media, newsletters, event materials)
- Assist with volunteer coordination and event-day preparation
- Conduct light research on inclusion initiatives, speakers, and partnership opportunities
Preferred Profile
- University student or recent graduate interested in communications, business, social impact, or event management
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, multicultural environment
- Interest in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Candidates who identify as LGBTQ+ are especially encouraged to apply, though this is not a requirement.
