✽ The Theme
Unity, built to last
The Vietnam Corporate Pride Network marks five years of bringing organizations together around inclusion, diversity and equity.
This year the conversation moves from belonging to economic empowerment. Inclusion is treated as a business and societal question, not a single-day gesture, and the summit looks at how unity helps translate shared values into lasting progress for people and for organizations across Vietnam.
05
years of VCPN, from launch to a network of corporate member
The summit retraces Vietnam's journey toward inclusion and equity, from early legal foundations such as the Hong Duc Code through to the present, and asks what a unified, inclusive society could look like over the next 5 to 10 years.
✽ Story Behind the Visual
Unity in Refraction
At first glance, each shard in the visual feels separate, different shapes, different angles, different colors. Just like people, identities, and experiences within the LGBTQ+ community and its allies.
But when light passes through them, everything changes.
Each shard refracts light differently. Some bend it. Some intensify it. Some split it into unexpected shades. Alone, each piece is beautiful but incomplete. Together, they create something far more powerful: a vibrant, ever-shifting kaleidoscope of color, energy, and strength.
